And I think effective communication is important because if we are in the future, and if you want to find the work, you must have a good communication with the people, maybe use "Effective communication" this way than you can easy to find the job, and if you are in school, and you are the new student, if you want to get some new friends, you can use " Effective communication" ways to communicate with other students, than you can make friends more easier.
And the other question is " What steps will you take to improve Effective communication?, I'll say, the step that I can improve is, be nice to people, and respect them, and listen what they want to tell us, and then when you talk to people, you have to speak clear, and loud, actually not really loud, but you have to let the person hear what you are saying. So that's the steps that I think I have to improve for Effective communication.
